Exclusively Bottled for Hard To Find Whisky
This exceptional Rum was distilled at the West Indies Rum Distillery in Bridgetown, Barbados. Initially, the Rum was matured for five years in bourbon barrels in the tropical Caribbean climate. It was then shipped by sea to France for maturation in French oak Ferrand Cognac casks. Finally, the maturing spirit was transferred to a Port cask for 2 full years of finishing, imparting deliciously rich flavours of dark fruits and spice.

TASTING NOTES
Colour
Nose: Fruity and spicy on nuts, plum, strawberry, blueberry and caramel evolving towards vanilla, mint and banana.
Palate: Warm and spicy on ginger, cinnamon, roasted almonds, coffee, blackberry and coconut oil.
