Scotty's Sled Shed Multi-Section Capacitor Board 3-1 to replace twist tab 1"(29mm) can capacitors.

Meets IPC-2221B Spec for up to 450V.

These are factory made to industrial PCB specifications for safe use of up to 450V.

Custom replacement circuit board to replace the 7/8"-1" (29mm) diameter Multi-Sector/Multi-Section old can style capacitors with the 38mm flange mounting holes, found in vintage electronics.

If you have a 1" (29mm) capacitor that did not use a flange (Chassis slotted) you would need to use my Version 3 board. Just let me know and I will put the V3 board in your order.

This will not fit the larger 1 3/8" can capacitors with the 46mm mounting flange. I have a custom board for those available at: https://www.ebay.com/itm/355169680388

These are the boards I sell with my Restoration Component Kits. Custom designed specifically for vintage electronics replacement applications.

Includes 4 soldering turrets and a grounding lug. Both outer mounting holes are tied to the center grounding pin.

In this version board, the ground is in the middle with a trace to the outer portion of the board. The positive mounts on the outer side, but inside of the main ring.

A spacer board is included. The Spacer board installs on the "Cap Side" of the board to provide additional clearance to the solder post turrets and maintain IPC-2221B specs for voltage creeping at maximum of 450V.

This is important for your safety and safety of the circuit the capacitors are going into.

Insulators are also available if you have a negative bias, series multi-sector capacitor and/or circuit that requires the can common to be isolated from the chassis.

There are lots of "basement made" circuit boards out there. Be careful if they do not specify industry standards for the voltages you will be using. IPC-2221B exists for a reason. Your safety is not something to cheap out on.
