Condition: Both earrings and necklace are in near new/like new condition with minor to no visible signs of handling/age/etc.

Gold and precious metal return policy: Second_chance_jewelry allows returns on gold/precious metal (10k-24k) and items valued at $100 or more within 14 days of purchase, however, purchaser is responsible for shipping charges (to their door and back to return address + applicable signature services and/or insurance (for some packages that require)) which will be reflected in return amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not alter the item in any way; Second_chance_jewelry reserves the right to deny return requests for alterations, damage, etc.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
