McCall's 4900 vintage sewing pattern for a misses' maternity dress. Front buttoned one-piece maternity dress. Choice of contrast lined yoke or detachable collar. Bias band inserted in yoke seam on collared dress. Ribbon applied over yoke seam when yoke is contrasting. Deep pleat under buttoned front allows for expansion.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded with instructions. The envelope has a lot of shelf wear and is a bit tatty. It has yellowing that appears to be from sun damage and is very brittle. The side edges are worn and torn in a few places. The top edge is completely torn open.
