Console Refurbishing Includes:
Fully take apart console and clean all plastic body components
Clean Rear Cooling Fan
Remove dust from heat sink assembly
Remove all dust/debris from the motherboard
Remove clock capacitor (if present - helps to prevent a leaking cap eating away at the board)
Clean interior of optical disc drive (includes lubricating the Disc Tray Track, Cleaning the laser, replacing drive belt & any other fixes needed)
Controller Refurbishing Includes:
- Take controller body apart
- Clean all plastic components
- Replace thumb caps as needed (cosmetic part)
- Replace worn joysticks as needed (solder part)
- Replace vibration motors as needed (solder part)
- Replace broken/torn controller wire if needed (solder part, comes with new break away cable as well)
- Replace XYAB buttons conductive pad (this guarantees a like new and snappy button feel)
- Replace directional buttons conductive pad (this guarantees a like new and snappy response)
Testing & Certification Process:
- Consoles accepts/ejects discs
- Games load without issue
- Controller ports work
- Delete old save data (if present)
Everything in this bundle is in very good physical condition. Some minor wear and scratches may be present on the body, but nothing significant.
