  • Our jewelry is under warranty for 30 days against any defects in material or workmanship. If a stone falls out of your jewelry due to defect, we will replace it at no charge. (This warranty does not cover physical damage that may occur to the jewelry due to rough handling.)
  • All sales are limited to a 30-day return policy for all reasons.
  • We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
  • To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as sent to buyer.
