sells. Warranties all items sold for two years from the date of the original
sale. We are not an authorized dealer for the brands offered, and we cannot

repair facility, and is not an official jeweler for any watch it sells. As a
result, no manufacturer warranty applies to any watch sold by Motion in Time,
Inc., and any manufacturer warranty is void and of no force or effect, whether
due to prior ownership, modification, or otherwise. Motion in Time, Inc. is the
sole and exclusive warrantor of the watches it sells and provides its own
limited store warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale,
subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Certain watches offered
for sale may, in some cases, have been modified after original manufacture,
including but not limited to PVD, DLC, or other bespoke coatings. Any such
modification was performed by an independent, unauthorized third party, either
prior to or following acquisition by Motion in Time, Inc., and was not
performed, approved, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by the original
manufacturer. The original manufacturer does not approve or warrant such
modifications, and any manufacturer warranty is void as a result. All watches
and watch-related items sold by Motion in Time, Inc. are pre-owned, previously
purchased, and/or used, regardless of condition, appearance, or whether the
item may appear unused, unworn, or new. By completing this purchase, Buyer
acknowledges and agrees that the sale is governed by Motion in Time, Inc.?s
standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are incorporated herein by
reference and available upon request prior to purchase. No representations,
warranties, or guarantees are made by any manufacturer in connection with the
watches sold by Motion in Time, Inc. At certain times, the above-referenced
watch may not be in the immediate physical possession of Motion in Time, Inc.
and, in such cases, is expected to be delivered to Buyer within approximately
three to four weeks from the date of purchase. Any stated delivery timeframe is
provided in good faith, is an estimate only, and may be subject to reasonable
delays beyond the control of Motion in Time, Inc., including but not limited to
