Each sachet of Youngs 2 part Wine (Cider and Beer) Finings is designed to fine 23 litres (40 pints, 5 gallons) of wine or beer in approximately 48 hours.

No preparation is required, just add the sachet directly to the wine or beer after fermentation and then stir gently.

Leave to stand for 2 days before bottling.
