The Knee Joint Model by 3B Scientific® with removable joints is part of a high quality series of models. It has been manufactured to precise anatomical correctness with realistic colors of the joint, bone and muscles. Only extremely durable, nonhazardous material of highest standards has been used throughout the production process.

The model consists of 12 parts which can be easily disassembled for easy demonstration. The muscles and muscle portions can be taken off, and a special color coding has been used to show muscle origin and insertion points on the femur, tibia, and fibula. Additionally, the model also shows parts of the fibular and tibial collateral ligaments.

RETURNS
As a general rule I do not allow for returns, as there are many people who use anatomical models for demonstration and then want to return them.  I abide by eBay's policy that if an item was accidentally listed incorrectly I will of course accept a return.  It is impossible to describe every detail of a used model as even brand new models of the highest quality may have minor imperfections, realizing that these are all individual pieces of art work and subject to human error. For descriptive purposes I use lots of high resolution photos and try to capture enough detail to show you the entire model and any marks or imperfections that it may have. Repeat customers know I am very good at handling any returns that are justified - I just don't allow returns for people who use and then return or for buyer remorse.

SHIPPING
Most items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Some items are shipped via FedEx. We try to ship all items within 3 days of purchase. Exceptions to this include very large difficult to package items or large orders.  We work hard to package items in the most safe manner and have a very low damage rate. Because of the care in packaging we sometimes have to buy new supplies boxes to fit your order for larger items which can take additional time.
