PRODUCT DISCRIPTION:

The Universal Hardware Light Duty Closer controls the traffic in and out of your space and automatically closes the door after every opening. It controls the closing and latching of doors to eliminate slamming and adds security and safety. The door closer is size 1 and has a 180° opening range with an automatic hold-open feature that engages at 85°. Mount the closer in the parallel position only. Ideal for residential applications and is ADA compliant.

Interior Doors: left or right hinged doors up to 100 lbs. and 30" wide

Shipping Information:

Carriers: Our primary carrier is UPS Ground, however occasionally we will use FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Prompt and Reliable: All of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after a payment has cleared and a tracking number is uploaded to your order immediately after it leaves our warehouse.
Insured: We include full insurance coverage of the item purchased, which covers any package lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery Restrictions: FedEx / UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and similar addresses.
Local Pick-Up: Can be arranged if requested.
PA Sales Tax: Will be automatically applied to transactions in Pennsylvania (6.00%).
