RETURN POLICY!
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the purchase date) to cancel your order and return all the goods back to us at your own expense with the original packaging and unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.
In case an exchange is preferred, please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate. Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If a material defect in the goods is found or if your order arrives with any signs of damage, please email us and send a photograph, within 4 days of delivery and we will issue a refund or replacement for you, however before receiving a full refund or a replacement we require the goods to be sent back to us.
Please keep your packaging and do not use the damaged goods. We will notify and advise you via email once your refund has been approved. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method used within 3-5 working days.
