Note: For optimal heating and performance results, the following is recommended:
Avoid leaving your spa out at temperatures lower than 40°F
Switch control box off every 48 hours to allow temperatures to cool and reset
Use a 12/3 extension cord if one is required (if an extension cord is not necessary, it is recommended to connect hot tub directly to outlet)
Connect hot tub to designated 20 AMP plug when in use (heater requires 1200 Watts of electricity and the bubbles require 600 Watts of electricity)

In order to get a replacement you should request return authorization form and ship the item you want to replace back to us, include form with the return.
