This tablecloth is so unusual and well-made. It is from the 30s to 40s. The fabric is similar to a bark cloth but not the same. The embroidery is well done, and it has an overall pleasant effect. The colour is grey and a rather attractive hue. My grandmother said she got it from her mother in the 1950s when they moved to a smaller place but was unsure where it came from, though it was not new when she got it. I can not find any issues with this cloth. It has been cleaned professionally but has been in storage and needs a freshen-up. 

The tablecloth measures 116 cm square or 45.5 inches squared. The cloth is much nicer in real life than shown in the pictures.
