Vintage Primitive Handcrafted Wood Chicken Wall  Decor~Folk Art Country Farm.

I have for sale a great primitive chicken to hang on the wall with a wire.  Please see photos for the best description.  It measures about 11 inches across at the widest and just over 12 inches high, including the wire.  The chicken itself is about 9.5 inches high and the chicken is about 0.75 inches thick.  It's a nice soft black matte color with cream gold "feathers" and dark country brick red comb and face. The wire is thick and substantial.  The back shows who originally designed and made this item.  It depicts an apple, and I think it says Applewood Designs but I'm not totally able to quite make it out.  I bought this item myself back in the 1980's and it's been used in a smoke free pet free home and has no odors.
