Postage:
Currently we use three different postal services; CSM e-com and CSM e-com express for smaller items and UPS for Next Day Delivery or for larger items. The postage is automatically calculated when you reach the checkout stage. If you are purchasing a large number of items please contact us via the eBay messaging service and we will create a new eBay listing for the quantity you require at an agreed price and with discounted postage costs if applicable. If you have your own courier service and would like them to pick the item up instead of us dispatching it to you, please contact us via the eBay messaging service and we will remove the postage costs. If you wish to pick the order up yourself, again please contact us via the eBay messaging service and we will remove the postage costs.
The cut off for same day dispatch (if sufficient stock is available) is 13.00pm when using the next day delivery service. For CSM e-com postage the cut off time is 1500pm and for CSM e-com express 12.00pm.
Damages:
Please note, as many of our products contain glass components there is a very small chance that the item may arrive damaged. To prevent this we always ensure that the items we dispatch are packaged up sufficiently and safely to prevent any damage. If for any reason a product is damaged please contact us immediately and depending on the product we will decide the best course of action. A replacement product will be provided in most cases.
Returns:
Should you wish to return your order we will accept all returns providing that the items are returned to us within 30 days of us dispatching them. A full refund will only be issued if the items you return are in a resalable condition and have not been fitted at all and providing the item packaging is present and in an acceptable condition. Any items you return to us may be tested prior to us issuing a refund. Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item which must be sent via a signed delivery service and you must obtain proof of postage. We have no preference on which postal/courier service you return the items with, however we would suggest you use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for.
If your order has arrived and the wrong items have been dispatched we will replace the products free of charge. We may ask for you to return the original items and pay for the postage however we will refund the postage displayed on the package or receipt. Before you return the items please ensure you contact us via the e-bay messaging service to inform us and we will be able to decide whether we would like you to return the items.
