With respect to our honest buyers, we do report and block dishonest and inexperienced buyers who misdiagnose their appliance, order the wrong part, and abuse return by claiming "defective,"  “wrong part received,” or “not as described” to trick ebay return and make it look like seller’s fault.

We use plastic (non-conductive) Security Labels and hidden markings on our parts, we keep photos of the item and security marks prior to shipping showing shipping label

Tampering or removing Security Labels voids all types of returns, and will result in escalation with ebay

With respect to honest buyers, we do report scammers, fraudsters, and return abusers to: ebay, IC3, badbuyerlist.org, and “eBay’s Law Enforcement Security Center”.
