Painting: Repairs and Utilities October 1946
Fairly good condition considering this items age. Discovered in an old family storage trunk recently removed from long term storage. Pages are discolored from normal oxidation, staples have rusted over time, center pages have detached from booklet and there is a small pencil scribble in the upper left corner of the cover. Please see photos to judge condition.
