This tent is amazing!!! So many colors and such a fabulous Vintage design. The tent is French and dates from the 1920s or 1930s, if not slightly earlier! It is truly stunning as the photos and videos show, this tent is an absolute dream. It has orange, blue, green, yellow, cream, and red stripes all running vertically down the tent. The fabric is a thick, heavy duty canvas and there are many wooden poles and stakes that secure this tent to the ground. This would look so phenomenal set up in a child's bedroom as a special reading nook! This would also be excellent as a feature in a showroom, a changing room in a retail space, or for study and reproduction. This tent is just so cool! All of the pieces of the tent are in tact and will be included in the purchase of the tent, however to photograph the tent we decided to hang the tent through the center opening and use the wooden poles inside to prop the top open. We are so embarrassed that we simply couldn't figure out how all of the pieces fit together, but we know someone else will be able to make sense of this! We are textile lovers, not engineers! We believe the pieces are all in working condition. This tent comes with several poles approximately 37 inches long, 4 stakes approximately 15 inches long, and one metal claw shaped object that keeps the tent spread out (all are pictured above). The stakes are deep as they were made to be used in sand. All of these items will be included in the purchase of the tent! Truly one of our all time favorite finds here at The Textile Trunk and we are so excited to share this with all of you!

Measurements: This tent measures approximately

Width measured from the top: 35.5 inches
Depth measured from the top: 35.5 inches
Height: From the center of the top point of the tent to the ground, this measures 83 inches tall, however the height can be adjusted depending on how tall you want it and how much fabric you would like to drape on the ground.

Condition: This stunning tent is in as found, vintage used condition. As pictured there is a slight rip on one side of the tent. There are also some occasional dirt and age marks on this tent. Some of them I believe will wash out, but we have chosen to keep this in as found condition. The poles have very light use on them. The tent is still in great working order! Truly a magnificent tent!
