This beautiful damask piece is French and dates c 1850. An absolute BEAUTY! I've never seen another like it. ~ ~ this textile is 100% cotton and is a wonderfully designed red and white damask weave, medium to heavy weight. This piece has rings at the top, so it could be hung as a curtain if you so desire! A fantastic piece for many things, great for upholstery, cutting projects, or left as is! ~*~ ~*~ ~*~
MEASUREMENTS: This textile measures 67 inches at the top with the rings, 70 inches at the bottom, and 67 inches long.
CONDITION: This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition with storage dust. Some areas of uneven fading. A few small tears and loose threads, but otherwise, wonderful condition indeed, not without signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful pieces! ~*~
