This is a Manual of Theta Chi Fraternity published in 1951 (second edition) by The Grand Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc, NJ.  It is a guidebook for pledges, undergraduates, and alumni members.  It is a hardcover book measuring 6x9" with 264 pages that show tanning due to age.  The red cover shows some discoloration around the edges and spine from age.  It is also dirty.  There is edge wear and the corners are dinged with the boards visible.  The previous owner's name and information is inside.  I got this from his estate sale, so he had it with him since 1952.  There are b/w illustrations of pledge pins, insignia, seals, and more.  There is one page with color on it (pictured) and it is making age spots on the page opposite it.  Other pages have age spots as well.  A great book for this fraternity.
