Listing is for a 1985 Matchbox Models of Yesteryear, 1930 Mack AC Conoco Tanker, # Y23-B, Die-cast Metal, 1:64 Scale, New in Box ("NIB"), Mint Condition.  Conoco tanker is approximately 4 1/2” Long x 1 5/8” Wide x 1 7/8” High.  Mack AC Conoco Tanker is made from heavy die-cast metal.  Tanker Truck comes with 2 axles and 6 plastic wheels.  Cab and flatbed are bright red, with a white tanker cylinder, and glossy black chassis bottom.  AC Conoco Tanker is in Mint C-10 Condition--Brand New: all original; unused and unblemished and has "Conoco Continental Oil" decals on its 2 long sides.  However, Tanker Box’s clear plastic has some cracks in it, which is not surprising for a box that is 35 years old and is in C-7 Excellent Condition (see photos).  Models of Yesteryear, first introduced in 1956, were renditions of classic vehicles from the steam and early automotive eras.  I am downsizing and listing/selling on EBay some of my personal collection.  Photographs are part of description.  Please examine them closely and email me if you have questions, prior to bidding.  

Mack AC was designed in 1914, and in full production by January 1916.  Used by Allies during World War I it lived up to its nickname the "Bull Dog Mack" given by British when they saw its appearance and rugged qualities.  Further development after the war enabled Mack to fully share in satisfying the demand for lorries as the US Government pushed ahead with its road building program.
