Pre-Ride Inspection

Please take 10–15 minutes to check the following items before riding the bike. Failure to perform these checks may result in serious damage or a severe accident.

1. Bike Inspection

Engine Oil (4-stroke models)

• Check engine oil level.
• Ensure there is no oil leakage.

Spark Plug

• Make sure the spark plug is tightened to the correct torque.

Carburetor

• Ensure the carburetor is adjusted to the correct idle speed.

Idle Speed

• Standard idle speed: 1400 ± 100 RPM

Air Cleaner

• Ensure the air filter is properly installed.
• Apply filter oil to the air cleaner element if required.

Brakes

• Check that the brakes function properly.
• Brake lever free play: 4–5 mm (adjust if necessary).
• Brake pedal travel: 15–25 mm (adjust if necessary).
• Check brake lining wear.

Throttle

• Ensure the throttle operates smoothly and returns freely.

Steering

• Steering should move smoothly from lock to lock, without looseness.
• Ensure no binding of control cables.

Fuel Tank

• Ensure the fuel tank is securely mounted and no fuel leakage is present.

Nuts, Bolts & Fasteners

• Check and tighten any loose nuts or bolts.

2. Engine Run-In (Break-In Period)

The first hour of riding is considered the engine run-in period. If the motorcycle is not used carefully during this period, it may result in engine damage instead of proper break-in.

• Do not accelerate or rev the engine immediately after starting.
• Even if the engine is warm, allow it to idle for 15–20 minutes so the oil can circulate through all engine parts.
• Avoid rapid acceleration or hard riding during the first three hours of operation.
• Ride carefully and allow the motorcycle to cool down completely after use.

After completing this procedure, the motorcycle will be ready for normal operation.

3. Engine Oil Change

It is strongly recommended to change the engine oil after the first tank of fuel has been used.

After that, change the engine oil regularly according to the owner's manual.

Warranty Policy

All products come with a 90-day parts warranty.

This warranty covers parts only and does not include labour or postage costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage or shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

We offer free diagnosis and repairs at our discretion for products purchased from us. Labour charges may apply, particularly for products not purchased from us, and customers will be fully informed before any work proceeds.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect use or misuse
• Incorrect assembly
• Accidents or collisions
• Normal wear and tear
• Lack of maintenance or improper servicing

Buyers must treat the vehicle like any other motor vehicle and ensure it is properly maintained and serviced by a qualified person.

The warranty will be void if the engine has been tampered with or if performance parts have been installed by the customer.

If a product or part arrives damaged or not functioning, the buyer must contact us immediately. We may request photos of the issue or ask the buyer to return the faulty part for inspection.

Once the fault is confirmed after testing, we will repair or replace the faulty part at no cost. However, all postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Items must not be returned via COD (Cash on Delivery). Any items returned via COD will not be accepted.

Buyers must contact us before sending any items back for warranty purposes.

We stock a wide range of spare parts for purchase. If a required part is not currently in stock, we can order it from our overseas manufacturers.

Important Safety & Liability Notice

By bidding on this item, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the seller is not responsible for any damage, injury, or harm resulting from the use of the pocket bike.

We are not liable under any circumstances for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the bike, whether due to improper use or otherwise.

Parent or guardian supervision is mandatory when the rider is a child. Riders must wear a helmet at all times while operating the vehicle.

It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure the bike is properly assembled, safely configured, and thoroughly checked before riding.

Additionally, the seller is not liable for any inaccuracies in the auction description. While we take care to provide correct product information, any errors or omissions are unintentional and do not create liability.
