Installation:

-Fits 1997up Harley Davidson Touring /Softail Models.

-Compatible with 2014+ OEM Harley Detachable Two-Up & Solo mounting racks (sold separately) For 2009-   2013 models, holes are pre drilled for the Advanblack rear trunk bracket only.

-Holes will not match 1996-2008 Harley bracket and re-drilling is required.

-For 2014+ bikes, holes are pre-drilled for both Harley and Advanblack rear trunk brackets.

-For 2008 and lower model years, drilling the holes for the rear trunk bracket is required.

For addresses in the USA, the shipping service will be USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

For Canada, your package will be delivered via Canada Post. 

For UK addresses the shipping service will be Royal Mail. 

For Australia addresses the service used will be Australia Post.

All other locations will be serviced via EMS Express.

All order will get shipped with online tracking number provided.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon delivery. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days.
 
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs during the return process.
 
Order Cancellation
 
An order can only be canceled before it is shipped, if you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours after placing it and it will be free of charge.
 
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, any orders canceled after 48 hours and within 3 weeks will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, and all cancellations after 3 weeks will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
 
Please Note:
1) Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damages caused by the user.
2) The original item needs to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
3) All returned items need to be unused and in their original packages.
4) Important: Please make sure to include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is provided to you for your returns on the outside of the package in a visible area.
5) Please do not ship back any products without our prior approval. Doing so may delay or jeopardize your return/exchange process.
6) Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the return and issue a refund once the return is delivered.
