Collectible vintage 1980's "Anushka Institute" body contouring video in Southampton NY. I'm not able to find any information on the Anushka Institute. I think this may be (or was?) a Salon or Spa in New York? I believe this fitness VHS dates back to the late 1980's. 

I'm unable to test the cassette tape but a visual inspection looks to be in good vintage collectible condition.
