Shipping
We can only send to mainland UK next day at the advertised price. Mainland UK comprises of zones A and B in the map below
Courier delivery to zones C, D & E, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight & Channel Islands (see map above) will attract extra shipping charges and may not be available next day. (Please contact us for further information and prices).
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day. Note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday. If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.
Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provided at the time of payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. but Ebay does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.
All orders are delivered flat packed.
Payment
All orders paid for by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday-Friday) using the delivery service advertised. All prices are inclusive of VAT - we always send a VAT invoice with each and every order. This will be in your package.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the item you can raise a return request within 30 days of purchase. Please note: All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, making sure the packaging is secured sufficiently for transit back to our warehouse. For packs of multiple quantities all the pieces must be returned - partial refunds will not be issued if only some of the goods are returned. Any products returned used or damaged will not be refunded, as per eBay's 'Abusive Buyer Policy'.
