Payment

We accept PayPal only. An unpaid item case will be filed if an item remains unpaid for over 4 days. We ship items within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment.We ship items to the confirmed address you leave on eBay.

Please verify and update your shipping address on eBay to make sure it is correct and valid. If you need to change your shipping address, plz do that before payment, or contact us before shipment.

Shipping

The shipping estimates are estimates and not a guarantee of delivery.  It is like when you send mail, most times they will receive it within 2-5 days but sometimes it may take extra time.  First class mail is estimated between 2-9 business days for domestic delivery so please allow enough time for delivery before filing any type of claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING Refer to the SHIPPING TAB on the top of the page Detailed International shipping costs.

 For our international friends, shipping normally takes between 2-3 weeks and can even take one month. Packages can and are held up by customs all the time. If by small chance your package is delayed, we cannot send out another item or refund you until we wait at least one month. Some of you will insist on having another one sent or on a refund after only a couple weeks, please understand we cannot do that until one month has past and you still have not received the package.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick up your package. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We do not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.All Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. Please write a note in the package and tell us whether you want to have a replacement or refund. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions before sending any item.
