THIS IS USED FOR DRY GRINDING.

Easy to Install:

1. Open the front cover of the machine, remove the grinding disc, and then loosen the screws that fix the grinding sheets and take out.
2. Reinstall the new grinding sheets back to the original grinding sheets position and lock the screws, but DO NOT lock them first. First, observe the gap between the inner circle of the grinding sheets and the mounting step, and adjust the gap to ensure uniformity. Concentric with the motor shaft. Then tighten the screws.

How to Adjust:

1. Put the moving grinding disc back into the grinding chamber, adjust the screw, turn it counterclockwise, then cover the front cover and lock it.
2. Start the motor and tighten the adjusting screw clockwise until the grinding piece rubs a sharp sound. Turn off the switch after the motor idles for two minutes.
3. Open the front cover, take out the grinding disc, observe the friction marks of the moving grinding piece and the static grinding piece tooth groove, and touch the grinding piece around the hand. If the friction marks on the grinding piece are evenly distributed, and the heat difference of the grinding piece is not obvious. This means that the grinding plate is installed in balance and can be used directly without adjustment.

Note:
Do not use too much force, the three screws should be evenly applied and gradually locked.
