This adapter bolts to the top of the engine to allow the use of a remote oil cooler.  It also allows you to install a remote oil filter in line to the cooler.  One advantage of a remote cooler is that cylinder #3 in not blocked by the stock oil cooler in the shroud.  You have to have this unit is you are installing a sloped "ram air" style fan shroud  on your engine  The holes are 3/8 NPT.  Does not include gaskets or bolts.
