PROTOTYPE Transformers G2 STAXX POWERMASTERS Decepticon Figure 1994 European. The biggest differences from production are:

-the color blue is off

-black paint pattern behind smoke stacks is different

-It has no copyright production markings

-and has the Deceptacon stamp on the bottom in a different place than it was during *regular production

Very unique first shot fully decorated. The production information and copyright had not been cut into the mold yet. I think this would probably better be considered a fully decorated first shot or test shot than the 2nd EP note that came with it.

When I bought the collection there was some interesting paperwork (really just a note on a paper bag, and is NOT include with this listing) that refers to it as a 2nd EP (engineering pilot) “with deco” (decorations) sample. That came from someone name Kennedy Mok- HFE (Hasbro Far East) to Jerry Palmer. I purchased this from Jerry’s estate.

It is sealed in the bag as shipped from Hasbro Far East to Jerry.
