Directions

Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed.

  • For heart, skin and general health:
    • Adults:
      Take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
  • For brain and eye health:
    • Adults:
      Take 3 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Use in children only under adult supervision.

  • For healthy growth and development in children:
    • Children 1+ years to 17 years:
      Children unable to swallow – Give two capsules once a day (ages 1 – 12 years, pierce or squeeze into milk, juice or cereal.)

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
