LP stands for Cards in Lightly Played condition indicating that the card has been played with but still has good overall condition. An LP-rated card may have some wear to the corners, edges, or surface, but it should still be legible and in relatively good overall condition.
MP means cards in Moderately Played condition may exhibit wear to edges, corners, scratches or scuffs, creases or bleaching or any combination of moderate examples of these defects.
A moderately played card may have some form of imperfection affecting a small area of the card due to improper handling or storage, such as a crease which does not affect the integrity of the card, in combination with other issues such as scratches, scuffs or edge/edge wear.
HP means that cards in a Heavily Played condition show a large amount of wear. Cards may have a variety of moderate imperfections as well as creases, fading and creases. Heavily played cards may also have flaws that impact the integrity of the card, but the card may still be playable in the sleeve.
DAMAGED means that the Damaged cards show wear or blemishes beyond the standards for other conditions. Damaged cards may also have an imperfection that may render the card illegal for tournament play, even in a sleeve. Cards in damaged condition may exhibit significant edge wear, corners, scratches, or scuffs, as well as creases, creases, tears, or other damage that affects the structural integrity of the card.
