James, an American academic, president of the University of Illinois from 1904 to 1920, and the primary founder, first president and first editor for the American Academy of Political and Social Science., with regards to the plan of the Wharton School of Finance and Economy.
Including the proceedings of the association relative to this address at the Saratoga American Banker's Association Convention, September 3rd 1890.
CONDITION
In the original paper wraps. Externally, smart with chipping to the extremities and a small mark to the front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
