OSTROVIT PUMP PRE-WORKOUT FORMULA is a mixture of beta-alanine, L-arginine, L-citrulline, taurine, L-leucine, L-carnitine, L-tyrosine thanks to which it is an excellent preparation supporting the construction of lean body mass.  

The product can be seen already at the first workout, the muscles shortly after taking the products become hard and inflated. Specially created formula allows the production of nitric oxide (NO), which is responsible for the speed of communication between cells, relaxes the walls of blood vessels and inhibits platelet aggregation. Thanks to the beta-alanine content, the effort can be more intense and longer. In addition, the body is less susceptible to fatigue.  

The product does not contain creatine, so it can also be used during transitional periods between creatine cycles. It is also an excellent supplement to the synthesis of muscle fibers without unnecessary retention of subcutaneous water, thanks to which the effects of exercises are even more visible.

Dissolve 10g (1.5 scoops) in 150-2000ml of water or juice. Take one serving a day, 30 minutes before training. 
 
Warning: the product is intended for adults and healthy people. The product should not be used by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. It contains 200mg of caffeine per serving. The sediment may occur, which does not affect the quality and effect of the product. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Permissible lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product.
