Keg Beer Dispenser, Stainless Steel Kegerator Tap, CO2 Line attachment. Needs a new hose washer (3/4" if I remember right) but those are available at any hardware store like Home Depot etc. No regulators or gauges included. It's also missing the washer and nut that goes inside the refrigerator to tighten the faucet down but again,  available most anywhere. Worked great when in use but again, needs the rubber washer currently. See pictures. Thank you
