Stock images are usually identified as a stock image in the picture itself. If a stock image is being used you will not receive the specific item pictured. You will receive the item described in the Title area by the country, catalog number and condition. Strip/Block configuration, selvage, cancellations, centering and/or margin inscriptions may vary unless otherwise noted. Please reach out to us if you have any questions before ordering.

Multiple Quantities Listings - Will always use a stock image whether identified as such in the picture or not. If Strip/Block configuration, numbering, selvage, cancellations, centering and/or margin inscriptions is important to your decision to purchase please reach out to us to determine if the specific item you are looking for is available in our stock.

Auction Listings - always include actual pictures and or scans of the item or items being offered unless otherwise noted. please see pictures for condition..........What you see is what you are getting.........if a stock image is pictured it is there for reference purposes only of what a typical version of the stamp looks like for comparison purposes- stock images are not included in any sale. If there are display pages pictured, they are not included as part of the auction. To minimize shipping costs stamps are removed and consolidated for shipment.  

Quality Control

We use the following quality control selection guidelines for our offerings with stock photos.

Applicable to all categories - We do our best to ensure there are no tears, holes, straight edges if not issued that way, folds, missing perfs, stains, thins or perforation intrusion on the stamp design

Categories

Mint Never Hinged (MNH) - Full gum with no disturbance and minimal toning

Mint - Original gum which may be disturbed, lightly hinged, minor ink transfer and minimal toning

Unused- Uncancelled with or without gum - may include items with moderate toning and stamps with hinge remnants and/or minor damage on the back as long as it does not effect the face of the stamp

Used- Machine cancelled items without dramatic impact on the stamp appearance. may include items with moderate toning and stamps with hinge remnants and/or minor damage on the back as long as it does not effect the face of the stamp

As standard practice if a listing contains a stamp with color missing, color differences or shade variations, without a certificate I consider them all to be changelings and will identify them as such in the description.  Please note that changelings by the accepted definition are not an error they are stamps altered by exposure to moisture, chemicals or sunlight which can change their color or shade. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. SHIPPING POLICY.

I ship within 3 BUSINESS days.

Buyer will receive a notification from eBay once item has been shipped.

I will combine U.S. orders when there is an opportunity to do so.

International orders all shipping and invoicing is handled by eBay. There is no opportunity to combine international orders.

2. RETURNS

You can return any purchase for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Unless the item was misrepresented, or I made a mistake in the description of the item or of the posted pictures you will remain responsible for all postage/freight/delivery cost.

3. SPECIAL REQUESTS

If buyer is unable to wait for order or needs it delayed because of travel or special occasion, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

4. FEEDBACK

Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback and give me the opportunity to address all reasonable problems. Please do not leave us negative feedback for delays in shipping. Once we give the item to the carrier we have absolutely no control over that process.

5. AUTHENTICATION

Unless otherwise noted with accompanying certification nothing I am selling is guaranteed to be genuine. I am not an expert in the philatelic field. I am a collector just like you and as such do my best to represent what I offer based on my past experience and abilities. If you believe I have misidentified a listed item, please let me know so that I can make a correction. If you have an item purchased from me that was determined to be identified incorrectly by a recognized expert, it is returnable for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping. I will not reimburse for any cost associated with having the item(s) authenticated.
