DIRECTIONS: Place the facial roller in the refrigerator, not the freezer, for hours to the desired coolness before using. When the roller is cold, gently glide the roller over clean skin. The roller is moved by the weight of the roller on the skin, no additional pressure is needed.
FOREHEAD: From the center of the forehead moving either left or right, begin at the hairline and roll slowly toward the ear.
EYES: Work the under-eye area. Continue rolling in strips from the corner of the eye to the ear.
NOSE, LIPS & CHIN: Work the roller from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip, lower lip and chin.
NECK & JAWLINE: Starting at the chin, work from the center outward and upward on the cheek. Then come from the center, make sweeping rolls under the chin toward the collarbone and outward toward the sides of the neck.
