PCSP will develop a forecast of your needs to get your business ahead of the market.	Our pricing thresholds are designed to secure product within your timeframe.	All specified inventory goes towards fulfillment until your order is completed.

• Payments must be from a verified PayPal account.
• We do not accept any other form of payment on eBay. No exceptions.
• If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we reserve the right to void and cancel your order.
• No address changes after checkout: Due to Paypal policies we can not change shipping address after the purchase.
• In the case of an incorrect address or adress change, please contact us prior to purchase.
• For "Buy It Now Listings" payments are due immediately. Item must be paid within 3 business days or item will be relisted for sale.Ebay will be notified of any non-paying bidders.
• We provide free local pick up on all orders by appointment only. Orders must be prepaid before or at time of pickup. Contact us for pick up address.
• All Michigan and Ohio customers will be charged 6% sales tax (exceptions with proper tax documents only).

• We ship all orders using either USPS, FEDEX or UPS services. We will post tracking numbers directly on the Order Detail Page as well as email them to your eBay e-mail address.
• Customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If package is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If returned due to no one being home for delivery, shipping will have to be paid again prior to re-shipping the item.
• Please be aware as we use new shipping materials for every package you may notice a small handling fee added into each listing to cover costs of new boxes as well as any anti-static bags, bubble wrap, or foam packaging.

• We will only ship to the PayPal confirmed or verified address.
• International Buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our return policy:

• We will exchange defective or damaged products within the warranty period. This is 30 days from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.
• For a small cost, you can extend your warranty period for up to five (5) years. You can purchase our extended warranties for products we sell by clicking here.
• Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.
• If items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper (please retain all shipping materials for claim pick-up).
• If returning a non-defective item by choice within the 30 day period, customer is responsible for shipping cost.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any RMA shipping costs. Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by PC Server & Parts. Do not send any items back without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or the package will not be accepted - no exceptions.
• Please make sure this is the item you need. Product will be in good working condition but we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.
