30+ 1940's NOS L.E. MASON CO. HYDE PARK 36 MASS. store record tag / receipts.  Each tag has three perforated  parts;  Top part was tied to the baby shoe or pair to be bronzed(Silver or gold plating also offered).  Middle part was retained by the jewelry store.  Bottom part was customer's receipt.  There are around 12 used tags dating from later 1940's included; note tape stains.
