MicroCentric 6-120NR-3 stationary chuck with inbuilt air cylinder, (custom design).

This chuck is a standard 6-120NR-3 6" chuck which was modified by MicroCentric

making it spring clamp (O.D. clamping), air release.

It also can be converted to a double acting piston, air clamp, air release, by removing the clamping 

springs inside the chuck. This would make it the same as the standard 6-120NR-3 chuck except it is .75" taller.

Chucks were made by MicroCentric for RMS Machining (a Cretex Metical company)

Chucks were taken apart and inspected for wear, no wear was found, like new.

New seals were installed at reassembly.

I also have four of these chucks in never mounted on machine, new condition.
