Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 1pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
For most orders we use APC Overnight — delivered the next working day after dispatch.
For low-value orders, such as a single chip, we may send via Royal Mail instead.
Delivery outside mainland UK and international postage can be arranged — please message us before ordering to confirm cost and timing.
Payment Policy
Payment is processed securely through eBay, supporting PayPal, debit/credit cards, and other eBay-supported payment methods.
Returns Policy
Unwanted Goods
We accept returns of unopened goods, in original, resaleable "as new" condition, within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and confirm the goods are unopened and as new, you will be refunded in full, excluding original delivery charges.
