Batman: Shadow of the Bat 43 (DC 1995), Ratcatcher, Alan Grant, Barry Kitson.  Nice, complete copy, cover and all pages firmly attached at both staples.  Flaws include slightly blunted corners, minor spine stress lines, and light spine wear.  It would grade in the Very Fine range in my not-a-professional-grader opinion.  Examine the photos and judge the grading for yourself before ordering.
