This stands 4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide.
I did wash it and clean the inside as best I could as it was quite dirty.
I did not polish the silver aside from cleaning the area over the stamped marks so that I could see them more easily.
From the silver marks stamped on neck: the lion signifies Sterling silver, the anchor the City of Birmingham, England.
The T L and EM stand for Thomas Latham and Ernest Morton.
The single letter appears to be an L which would date to 1866.
