• Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund.
• At the time of shipping, items are affixed with a one-time use sticker, which means that the watch has been put through a rigorous inspection to ensure you are getting a genuine product. If you return the watch and the one-time use sticker has been removed or altered, we cannot ensure the watch has not been tampered with. Because of this, once we receive the watch, we will put it back through our inspection process to ensure the next buyer is receiving the same genuine watch.
• We understand that receiving your watch can be an exciting experience and you may accidentally take the red sticker off. If you have altered or removed the red sticker, don’t fret—you can still return your watch. However, due to the inspection process mentioned above, you’ll be given a partial refund of the final sale price minus an inspection fee of 15% up to $500.

• Rolex unused/unworn watches:
• These items are being sold in unused/unworn condition and come with the original Rolex factory stickers. By Rolex New Policy, all plastic protective stickers must be removed from the watch before leaving the store. Any watch returned will be addressed on a case-by-case basis but could decrease the refund by as much as 20% of the purchase price.

• Non-Rolex unused/unworn watches:
• These items are being sold in unused/unworn condition and come with the original factory stickers. Removing these factory stickers will significantly impact the value and resalability of this watch. Therefore, these stickers must not be removed in-order-to be eligible for a full refund. Any watch returned with these factory stickers removed will be addressed on a case-by-case basis but could decrease the refund by as much as 15% of the purchase price.

• Please inform one of our representatives of your intention to return the watch before you ship it back to us.
• Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value. Once received, all items will undergo a thorough inspection by one of our watch experts to ensure that the watch is in the original condition in which it was sold and it includes all tags (especially any "non-removable" tags), items/accessories, etc before we will issue a refund.
• ALL RETURNS are subject to deduction of the original Shipping & Insurance Cost and 4% payment processing fee.
