See pictures. We just included PC and Exfat formatting pictures for info but it is now formatted for Mac. Will not read on a PC unless re-formatted. No Power Adapter Included. Uses a standard 12v 4.0 Amp charger with a 2.5  x  5.5  MM tip. Has USB 2.0 Firewire 400 and Firewire 800. 30 day warranty. No returns.
