About painting:
Large original painting, an oil on canvas from the mid-19th century signed Georges Hebert depicting a Harem scene with the Sultan surrounded by his favorite women. The work is in perfect state of conservation. We recognize in this large painting the influence of Eugene Delacroix and Hebert's attention to the rendering of silky and dazzling dresses.
