ELRING Common Rail injector seal kit for selected VAG 1.6 TDI and 2.0 TDI diesel engines with VDO / Siemens / Continental Piezo injectors.

Fits selected VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda Common Rail diesel models using OE numbers 03L130277B and 03L130277S.

Helps seal the injector correctly and may help prevent combustion gas leakage, injector blow-by, diesel smell or carbon build-up around the injector.

Supplied as 1 injector seal set with 4 seal rings.

Intro

Brand new ELRING injector seal kit, also known as a CR injector seal set, injector repair kit or Piezo injector seal kit.

This kit is designed for selected VDO / Siemens / Continental Piezo Common Rail injectors used in VAG diesel engines.

Problem / Solution

Worn or damaged injector seals can cause poor sealing between the injector and cylinder head. Replacing the seals may help solve:

• Combustion gas leakage around the injector
• Injector blow-by
• Carbon build-up around the injector seat
• Diesel smell from the engine bay
• Injector sealing problems after removal or replacement
• Preventive replacement during injector service

Fuel Return Line O-Ring Note

This kit includes both versions of the small injector fuel return line O-ring.

On the original VAG diagram this seal is marked as N26. There are two different versions used depending on factory installation:

• 03L 130 235 P - 3.3 x 1.4 mm, green O-ring
• 03L 130 235 AF - 3.3 x 1.55 mm, dark green O-ring

Both versions are included in this kit. Please use the same colour / size O-ring as originally fitted to your injector fuel return line from factory.
