DELIVERY METHODS
The products purchased on ELDOM spare parts can be delivered throughout Italy.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated when placing the order. PLEASE INDICATE AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS PRESENT and leave a telephone number where you can be contacted in case of logistical problems.
The courier makes a maximum of 2 delivery attempts, issuing, in case of absence, a notice on paper or via email: the customer is required to contact the courier to agree on the return.
From the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, or in the event of failure to collect the goods from the courier's warehouse (STOP DEPOSIT), the Customer will be charged for all the related storage costs.
the timing depends on the delivery location: the products leave every day and the delivery takes place in times ranging from one to three days (excluding Saturdays and holidays). In the special cases of so-called "disadvantaged" locations and Islands, one or two days must be added to the previous timing. Orders and payments received before 8.00 am will leave the same day. Otherwise they will leave the next day. Example: order placed and paid for by 8:00 on day 3 will be shipped on day 3. Order executed and paid after 8:00 on day 3 will start on day 4.

Therefore, any anomaly / lack / problem found on the goods received must be reported via ebay message within 2 days of receipt of the same. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 21 of 02/21/2014, bearing in mind the delivery date resulting from the courier's tracking. The withdrawal must be communicated and authorized in advance: the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt or a certified electronic mail (PEC); the communication must contain:
1. the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
2. the indication of the product for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
