DARKER IMAGE #1G and DEATHBLOW #1 from Image Comics May 1991-Mar 1993.  These two issues include a Jim Lee script in DI#1 featuring the first-ever appearances of Maxx, Deathblow and Bloodwulf with cover by Sam Keith - with the Jim Lee card of Bloodwulf in the original polybag - and the 2-issue series in D#1 featuring an amazing cover and art by Jim Lee and a Cybernary flipcover on back.  Great script also by Jim Lee.
