How do you wear this umbilical hernia belt?
Step-1
Position your belt over your abdominal area. The strips denote the outer side of this black abdominal binder. Pull elastic bands as image depicts.
Step-2
Proceed to overlap left band over right and secure them tightly with the Velcro. This belt looks like this after following step-1.
Step-3
After wrapping up the belt, place this compression pad at your affected abdominal area in the inner side of this hernia belt.
Step-4
Re-tighten your hernia belt support to achieve this. This abdominal binder allows to fit comfortably underneath your clothes with a great comfort.
