Warranty: All items are warrantied against D.O.A. (it will work when it arrives). No warranty beyond that. I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".Returns: I accept returns only for items under warranty - no returns for purchasing the incorrect item, customer order changes, etc.
